These terms apply to the Family XOXO channel for Roku and to the familyxoxo.com website. By using either one, you agree to these terms.

Provided as is

Family XOXO is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. There is no guarantee that the channel will be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every device or server setup.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Damien Pressley will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, Family XOXO.

Your content and your server

You and your family are responsible for the media server you run and for the photos, videos, recipes and music you put on it. Please only share content you have the right to share, and only with people you want to see it.

Family XOXO is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Roku, Inc. Roku is a trademark of Roku, Inc. Family XOXO is also not affiliated with the Jellyfin project. All other trademarks belong to their respective owners.
